Raspberry Chipotle Sauce with Cream Cheese

1 8 oz. package of creamcheese
1/4 cup of Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Place cream cheese on a saucer and pour sauce over the cream cheese. Serve with crackers on the side. This can be spruced up with fresh raspberries or sprigs of mint on the side

Raspberry Chipotle Grand Marnier Rib Glaze

1/2 bottle of Raspberry Chipotle
2 - 3 oz. of Grand Marnier

Mix together and glaze ribs 10 minutes prior to removing from fire.

Raspberry Chipotle Salad Dressing
1/4 cup Raspberry Chipotle
1/2 pint Sour Cream

Blend together and pour over salad
Raspberry Chipotle Pork Tenderloin

One small unseasoned pork tenderloin.

Wash and pat dry, place in a baking dish, drench with Raspberry Chipotle, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, slice in medallions and serve with vegetables and a salad. Enjoy!

Raspberry Chipotle Glazed Ham
Bake ham in oven.
20 minutes before removing ham from oven, baste with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. Slice and serve.
Raspberry Chipotle Vinaigrette
1/2 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
3 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix together to form vinaigrette. Serve over Asparagus or Steamed Vegetables
Raspberry Chipotle Grilled Shrimp
Grill Shrimp

Several minutes prior to removing from grill, baste with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. Sauce can be used as a dip.
Raspberry Chipotle Baked Chicken

Marinate Chicken in 1/2 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden

Grandma's Jalapeno Relish with Cream Cheese

1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/4 - 1/2 cup of Grandma's Jalapeno Relish

Mix ingredients together until combined. Serve with corn chips as a dip.
Tejas Deviled Eggs
Make'm the same ol' way except you put Grandma's Jalapeno Relish in the white of the egg before you stuff'm so that theres a surprise in every bite. Yeehaw!!

Tuna or Chicken Salad
1 can of tuna or chicken packed in water
1 boiled egg
1/2 small chopped onions
3 tbs of Grandma's Jalapeno Relish
Mayonaise to taste

Mix ingredients together and serve on wheat bread.
English Pea Salad
1 can baby peas (drained)
1 boiled egg
1/2 small onion chopped
3 tbs of Grandma's Jalapeno Relish
4 tbs shredded cheese
Mayonaise to taste

Mix ingredients together, and place in icebox until cold.
Grandma's Special Potato Salad
8 med. potatoes--peeled, cubed and boiled
1/2 cup Grandma's Jalapeno Relish - chopped
3 hard boiled eggs
1 med. onion - chopped
3 Tbls. mayonaise - low fat okay
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
paprika to taste

Mix potatoes, pickles, eggs, and onion in large bowl. Stir mayonaise and seasonings into potato mixture. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Serves 10.
Grandma's Jalapeno Relish WonTons
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/4 cup of Grandma's Jalapeno Relish chopped fine

Mix ingredients together until combined. Wrap in wonton wrappers and deep fry. Serve immeadiately.

Jalapeno Green Beans

3 lbs fresh snap beans
1/2 cup olive or canola oil
1/3 cup chopped Grandma's Jalapeno Relish
4 pieces cooked bacon
Handful almond slivers

Saute Jalapenos and oil. Add beans and cook 15-20 minutes drizzling more oil across beans. Add crumbled bacon, almonds and serve.

Three Oyster Shooter
In a large shot glass, place on select or extra select oyster and 1/2 to 1 tsp Grandma's Jalapeno Relish, top with your choice of beer, toss, give a few crunches, swallow and feel the love.

Skip's BBQ Sauce
2 cups Heinz Ketchup
2 tbls Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 capful Wrights Liquid Smoke
3 Tbls Grandma's Jalapeno Relish
1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often to keep from sticking. Baste on your favorite meat and grill or cook in the oven.

Grandma's Jalapeno Relish Quickies
Use on Hamburgers rather than pickles
Use on Hot Dogs in place of relish
Use on cold sandwiches
Add Several tablespoons to Chili or Beans
Mix into spaghetti sauce
GREAT on chopped beef or sliced BBQ sandwiches in place of everyday pickes and onions.
Grandma's Cheese Ball - NEW
2 T. Grandma's Jalapeno Relish, chopped
1 8 oz. block of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (the cheddar helps to firm up the cream cheese, you may use any other kind of your favorite shredded cheese in place of cheddar)
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix relish, cheddar cheese well with cream cheese and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Place on plastic wrap and form a ball, roll in chopped pecans, and serve on platter with fancy crackers or chips. May be made ahead of time and refrigerated prior to serving.
Habanera Glaze Pork Tenderloin

Habanera Glazed Ham

Habanera Bourbon Glazed Ribs
1/2 cup Habanera Glaze
4-5 oz. of Kentuck Bourbon
Baste over ribs during grilling, glaze can also be used as a dipping sauce
Habanera Glazed Chicken Wings
Grill chicken wings until brown.
Pour glaze across wings cooking for several more minutes until glazed.
Habanera Glazed Quickies
Use as a dipping sauce for eggrolls
Drizzle across Quesadillas
Habanera Glaze Stir Fry
1 cup cooked long grain rice
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion chopped
3 Tbls Habanera Glaze

Saute onions and peppers. Stir in long grain rice. Toss vegetable rice mixture with glaze and sauce.
Perogis in Jalapeno Onion Saute
Boil frozen perogis and drain according to directions on the box. In separate saute pan add 1/2 cup chopped onion, one jalapeno and 1/4 cup cilantro to 2 tablespoons mild olive oil. Pour mixture across perogis and serve with jalapeno glaze. Umm Umm Good!!
Mango Blaze Hot Wings

Season one Dozen Flappers and Drums. Toss into a 1 qt Zip Lock Bag.Empty entire Contents of 1 Mango Blaze Hot Sauce into bag. Briskly shake to coat surfaces of selected pieces.

Empty onto a cookie sheet and bake at 325 Degrees for 25 - 30 Minutes

serve over a bead of lettuce, with Cellary sticks and Blue Cheese Dressing.

Sweet and Sour Pork
Salt and pepper a pork steak. Then dip it in flour, then egg, then flour again. Fry pork steak. Drain excess grease off fried steak. Cut up in cubes, and then pour Jalapeno Glaze on cubed pieces. Place pork cubes in oven. Set on 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes to carmelize glaze or use microwave for 15-30 seconds, depending on the size of the cubes. Serve with rice and veggies.

Jalapeno Glazed Pepperoni Pizza
Make or buy a pizza crust and jalapeno glaze the whole thing. Then add sauce and mozzerela cheese. Then glaze each pepperoni with the Jalapeno Glaze...I know it seems like a lot of trouble but it's worth it. Add jalapenos and repeat any steps if you like more layers then cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until crust is a light golden brown. Let cool, cut, serve, and enjoy.

Jalapeno Glazed Quickies
Use as a dipping sauce for eggrolls
Drizzle across Quesadillas
Huevos Rancheros Mexican Eggs
4 eggs
4 tortillas
1 cup Ranchero Salsa
Grated Mozzarella cheese

Fry the tortillas in small amount of oil. Fry the eggs sunnyside up. Place the tortillas on a plate and add the fried eggs. Pour salsa over the eggs. Warm the salsa if you like, and top with grated cheese.
Rancheros Steak and Peppers
1/2 cup red and yellow peppers, sliced
1/4 cup onions
1 round steak cut into pieces
1 cup Ranchero Salsa
Saute peppers and onions

Fry steak in separate pan. Add peppers and onions to steak pan during the last few minutes of cooking. Plate up piece of steak pouring onion and peppers across top. Pour Ranchero Salsa across steak
Rancheros Ground Beef Goulash
1 cup ranch style beans
1 lb. ground beef, fried
1/3 cup Ranchero Salsa
small can stewed tomatoes

Stir all ingredients together in skillet. Let cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Serve with cornbread.

Shrimp Shooters
1 lb. of cooked, peeled shrimp
1 jar of Ranchero Salsa
2 avocados, peeled, cut and diced
Cilantro and/or pico de gallo

Mix together shrimp and salsa. Spoon mixture into individual small plastic shot glasses. Garnish with cilantro, pico de gallo and a slice of avocado. Toos into mouth like a shot. Enjoy!
