PCF's Habanara Glaze took 2nd place at the International Zesty Food Show in Ft Worth on September 27th 2003.
At the Houston Hot Sauce Festival, PCF took five awards. The Jalapeno Glaze and the Ranchero Salsa took 1st place in the People's Choice Awards September 20th and 21st, 2003. Our Gramp's Brisket Rub took 3rd place.

The Ranchero Salsa took 2nd Place in the People's Choice Awards and 3rd Place in the Judge's Competition on April 5th, 2003. We knew they were great. Here's the proof.
