Texas Style Gourmet Salsa, Glaze & Seasoning

Pepper Creek Farm, Inc. began in our founder’s kitchen.  For years she created gourmet gifts for her friends and family. Her treats were so popular that she was constantly receiving requests for more and eventually was convinced to produce some products for sale commercially. She began with her signature Salsa and Jalapeño Relish and has added many more products throughout the years.

Pepper Creek Farm, Inc. has continued in the spirit of it home-style beginnings.  It has remained a family owned and operated business located in the Heart of Texas. Our recipes use only the top, all natural ingredients, grown in the state. Our products have been honored with awards at various food shows such as: International Fiery Food Show, Houston Hot & Spicy Festival, and the Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival.

Pepper Creek Farm is proud to be a member of the “GO TEXAN” campaign. The campaign promotes all Texas agriculture products—food, fiber, wine, and horticulture—under one easily recognizable trademark: a glowing brand in the shape of Texas. Go Texan taps into that loyalty, working to persuade 19 million Texas consumers to choose the state's agricultural bounty when they shop.

Pepper Creek Farm, Inc. is proud to participate in the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Food and Fiber Pavilion at the State Fair of Texas in Dallas each fall. We showcase our products in the General Store and sample to the general public in the pavilion
